CANCELLATION POLICY

Charming Bodies must be notified of your intention to cancel 24 HOURS before scheduled appointment. Any cancellations, reschedules, no-shows or late arrivals more than 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment time will have to pay $25 rescheduling fee.

No-shows will result in that treatment being deducted from the procedure package without a refund.

NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES RECEIVED. There are no refunds on services already received.

Expired Packages.  Each package has an expriation date. It is the responsibility of the client to use the full package prior to the expiration date. No refunds for grouped packages.

SALES PRICES EXPIRE 1) If services are purchased for the sale price and treatment plan has been started but not completed, as agreed upon, sale price will no longer be applied. 2) If services are purchased for sales price and services are stated but not completed, client forfeits sale price will be charged full price for services received.

Charming Bodies has a no refund/exchange policy for any and every product.
